a customized web site, which allows the general public
to download electronic documents. Many organizations
and businesses are required to provide the public with
documents and forms, or just wish to make them available.
Post online: meeting minutes, agendas, forms, bylaws,
financial reports, etc... FileCenter allows an organization
to manage this without the need of a web administrator
or developer.
FileCenter is an optional add-on to Digital Warehouse,
and integrates into Digital Warehouse’s electronic
document management system.
Compared to other possible solutions FileCenter is
a clean and simple system for organizations to share
documents with the public. Files added to the system
automatically show up on the website, no need to contact
web administrators to add new meeting minutes. |
