are pro-rated to account for daily changes in the number
of items stored. Among other reasons, this ensures that
items taken out of storage just prior to the invoice
generation are still charged for the majority of that
invoice period.

for storing a box of files or a case of microfilm.
Charge Based on Scale of Work/Storage
Digital Warehouse can accommodate tier-based costing
schemes. This allows you to, for example, scaled discounts
on work performed or storage of items based on quantity.
Customizable Invoices

This allows your customers to be invoiced in the manner
that they deem most useful to them.
Organization or Department-Level Invoicing
Organizations can be invoiced as a whole, or by department,
