Who is Digital Warehouse For?
Digital Warehouse is extremely versatile and is designed for streamlining and automating records management functions. It is usually used by the following types of organizations:

Also a computerized system for records management over the internet or intranet can make finding physical or electronic records easy and fast from anywhere in the organization.

Use Digital Warehouse to administer the needs of physical and digital documentation as well as other objects that may not fit into these categories (maps, antiques, art, artifacts, evidence etc). In addition the system also works with a wireless mobile PC (optional) that allows for direct database access within your warehouse.

The application lets users upload any type of computer file, append a description, destruction date, and other information to it. Once in the system a user can use the powerful search system to find the documents they're looking for. Many organizations are mandated to provide documents to the public. If Digital Warehouse is setup to use File Center, users can upload digital documents to a publicly accessible web site specific to their organization. This allows an organization to manage what documents are online, who made them accessible, and when they need to be removed, all with out needing a web administrator or developer.

Wireless handheld pocket PC scanner is an additional time saver when used in a warehouse environment. The handheld can access the system directly and eliminate the need for going back to a terminal to accomplish the next task. The wireless device shows the location of items, and allows you to scan a barcode to retrieve the information for an item, or to check it in / out.
